Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 days.

Q: What size should I choose?
A: Each product offering contains traditional sizing options (i.e. Small – 3X Large) along with sizing details to assist you in determining which one best fits you.

Q: The site will not let me checkout. Why?
A: Ensure you have completed all your contact and billing information and that it matches what your bank has on file. If this doesn’t match, your order will not be processed.

Q: How do I exchange a product from your company?

Q: What if I don’t see my city listed?
A: We are constantly adding new cities to our store. If you don’t see yours, you can click on the button below or click here to submit your request.

Q: How do I receive my free shirt?
A: If you spend over $150 on your order, we will send you a free Simple City Co. Crew Tee. It will be shipped in the same box as your order (if in stock) or sent separately within 1-2 weeks of placing your order. If you don’t receive your free shirt within the designated time period, please contact us.
